It's the lowest I could give them and still get to post..  Made an apt to get an alignment. They followed up and ensured me my 8am is booked. Called them before to verify they could do it, dropped car of at 7:50 walked to Atlanta Bread, they called at 9:50 d they can't do it. Why let me book it detailing the car I had, why email me to confirm, and why not tell me when I called to confirm. Long story, I picked up my car, no apology, no hey we're sorry, just here are your keys get lost...

You guys are a bunch of parts swappers without any people skills, and no appreciation for your customers.

Called in at short notice to replace flat on a rental during my holiday in the U.S very quick service and great price! Staff extremely polite and helpful. Was back on the road in 35 mins.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Had to wait a bit but they were extremely busy. But considering the price difference from every where else I saved a 100$ with there sale going on. So yeah I will happily wait a bit for a 100$ and they did a great job! Will definitely be back for future needs! Thanks guys!

I  admit I am biased bc my husband is the mechanic here. However, that provides me with a great deal of insight considering I get to hear the things that come straight from the inside. As a standard I wouldn't come here to rave about a business if I didn't actually believe in the way they do things.  Even if my husband (or any other person I am fond of) was employed there. With that being said I genuinely give this place 5 stars. Tires Plus is SERIOUS about doing right by their customers. They want you to spend your money with them and they want to give you what you pay for.  I think the biggest concern has been wait time. I can understand the frustration of having to sit and wait for your car to be serviced but the reality is these things take time and for many reasons that you may not be aware of. Ashley, the mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and he takes his job serious. Hes been with the company for 15 years and is 33 years old. (Sorry but I have to brag about him a little. The man is impressive.) He goes above and beyond to do things right and he is 100% against recommending things you don't actually need. He doesn't want to break your bank.  He knows that is wrong and morally chooses not to do that. He also takes care in handling your property. He makes sure he doesn't get things dirty in fact if you check under your hood when he's done you'll likely see things have been cleaned. He isnt required to do that but he does. I recommend being patient as you want your car done right and taken extra care when working on it. You can get a quick fix but do you really want that? Also, sometimes things happen with other vehicles and they have to help each other. These guys work as a team and they really are good, hard working people who try to do the best they can.  Ellis, the service manager is an honest and genuinely good guy who has been with the company for 15 years as well. My truest opinion is that these 2 will have you taken care of and will save you tons of money. I cannot recommend this shop enough.
