These guys are the best. They are honest and won't rip you off. Jimmy and the crew will recommend best choices and help you even if you choose to do it yourself.

This is where I've gotten my car worked on, for about 2 years.  It all started with an oil change and they have been our faithful car repair shop since.  Shirley, the front desk manager, is always a friendly face when you first walk in (even when it's crazy busy) and she is always honest about what your car needs.  If it can wait for a few oil changes she lets you know that too.  This Saturday they went so far above and beyond, I wish I could give them 6 STARS! The alternator went out on my van.  I called in a panic, on the side of the road with 4 children in the back seat, she talked me through what I should do and squeezed me in at 1:30pm.  She said that she couldn't promise it would be finished by the end of closing at 4:30pm and I might have to wait until Monday for my van to be completed. We were there until 7:30pm!!! Shirley and her maintenance guys were determined to get my car to me on the same day since I really needed it. I can't thank them enough and normally don't do reviews but I feel like I need to do more than bringing them donuts and coffee on Monday! THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF MY CAR AND MY FAMILY!

Eddy and his son Jimmy and their whole Precision Tune Auto care group in Augusta, North Augusta, and Aiken, S.C. make every car repair, oil change, brake service and every other vehicle service they provide a pleasure! They have always carried trust and integrity as a high value with each one of my vehicles they have worked on, which has been over 8 within the last 15 + years! Well done Eddy, Jimmy and your Precision Tune Auto care team!

Absolutely terrible! We went in for an oil change, and we asked if they could see why the air conditioning wasn't working and they said it would cost $400 to fix plus we needed an air filter which was $17 so we said no that's too much just do the oil change and the air filter. When we go to check out they charged us $60 to see why the AC wasn't working and then $40 for the freaking air filter! We should have left paying $44 and they charged $140! NEVER GO HERE! 
I am furious!
