Eugene made an appointment with us today to fix our Danby wine fridge between 11am and 1pm. Around 2:30 he called to say he was running late and that he would head over. 

I asked him specifically what time he would make it. And he said around 4:30pm. 

So my wife waited for him, and again no call no show.

She wasted her entire day waiting for this guy.

Would recommend you go with someone else for your service needs.

BEWARE!!!!  I will NEVER use this man again and would NOT recommend him to anyone EVER.  Eugene from C&D Sales and Service came to fix our wine fridge.  ON the phone he quoted one price but when the bill came he charged a different price.  WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!  He charged almost $300 to put on a new cord that's too short to plug and he did NOT even use an appliance plug (the flat style).  DO NOT USE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAY OVERPAY FOR REPAIRS.  He charges by the hour and works at the pace of a turtle and takes breaks for an hour and a half job.  Does it really take an hour and a half to put on a plug???????  NOT HAPPY :(

Eugene is an excellent repairman. He is trustworthy and reliable, and a very nice person. He repaired my European combo machine twice. I highly recommend him.

C&D (Eugene) was originally very responsive and courteous, however, I paid him before receiving my unit back and I have yet to receive delivery of the unit and it has been close to four months since he first took it out for repair.  At first he promised to deliver the unit but never came through, and now he refuses to return phone calls.  I would not recommend anyone use C& D Sales.
