It is a crappy experience they raise our bill every month. They tricked us into their service and every month I had a problem with my bill and this store never solves it for me instead they create more problems. Please Never get Sprint their service is terrible and first time they charge you very little and the bill skyrockets. My bill went from $300 to $2800  and it kept increasing every month .q

Att suddenly stopped working for us so we had to switch.  Coverage has been better in some places, worse in others.  We got in on a nice promotion, so we got a really good deal.

While I worked with a very nice associate, he knew nothing about the Sprint billing system.  He changed his story about what a phone would cost me about 6 times. It took him 2.5 hrs to sell me a phone, and when I checked my credit card bill there were several charges I did not understand.  No one answers the phone at this location and mail box has been full every time I called.  I finally called Sprint corporate and was told that the charges made no sense and that I'll have to return to the store.  EEEEAAAAGGGGHHH.

I was very disappointed in the interaction with the staff at this location. Not everyone is knowledgeable about the set up of phones. I switched from AT&T and bought the Note 8. Within 3 days, the phone wasn't able to make calls, was not transferring to LTE service when not connected to WI-FI. They did replace the phone, but they did not complete the set up correctly. The package deal came with the phone, a Otter Box protector, screen protector and a car charger. The car charger they gave us was the wrong USB connector size and when I returned to get the proper size, they gave us dirty used USB cords vs new ones. After complaining, they finally gave us brand new connection cords.  It has been a very frustrating 2 weeks dealing with this Sprint store and the customer service.

Ok honestly this sprint store made me dislike sprint and wish I never even went there , customer service is terrible and alot of fishy business,  I came in and i bought a iphone x for my wife and I was charged 165 for activation and tax , the second time I picked up 2 note8 and I was charged a bundle and tax 165$  when I checked the contract ones I got home and I find out that all The paper work belonged to someone else, but they were acting like some is going on so I instantly figured out that there was neverr a receipt , so I went back to the store after I called CS to check my bill and no trace of the money I paid , I asked the assistant manager for the recipe and she started laughing   like she just got me and when i asked her she couldn't find the receipt anywhere not even on the account , I rarely write a bad review but this place made me feel glad that iam a local guide , not recommended to go there
