When my 16 year old daughter went with her grandmother to pick up her car after it had been fixed, the car battery was dead.  The gentlemen who were still at the location did not understand what the problem was and couldn't/wouldn't help and the mechanic had already left.  All she needed was a jump start.  This is a brand new battery in that car - one of the Best batteries you can buy.  Apparently the mechanic had to jump start the car to get it out of their shop so they KNEW there was an issue.  Did they test the battery?  Did they charge the battery?  No and no.  When I called to ask what was going on, I was told that if they had known there was an issue with the car not starting, they would have jump started it.  I explained that someone was told it wouldn't start.  So then I was told to have my daughter go back down and have someone there jump start it.  I explained, that is her car there.  She has no other way to get down there. So their next suggestion was for her to take an Uber there. I said I was not sending my 16 year old daughter alone in an Uber to go get her car.  I said I would have to come down when I got off work which would be after they close.  He said "you gotta do what you gotta do".  I explained it was a brand new battery. I don't understand why they cannot charge the battery before I get down there and before they close.  Not happy about this experience.

Brought my car in at 2pm and it was ready by 5:30pm. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will be bringing my car here for all future repairs. Finally a mechanic I can trust!

We called from the highway and he squeezed us in on a Saturday afternoon. We had a mystery air conditioning issue and the temperature was in the 90s. He took a quick glance, outlined what it could be, and gave us several options. Ultimately, he got us on our way quickly and with little cost. Wow. What could have destroyed our weekend (or bank account) became a blip. There are honest mechanics!!!

I have just moved to Lincoln and my in- laws recommend this place to me because they have used it for many years. on my first visit  I had great experience with them. he is Honest and professional. The job done on time and the price is fair and reasonable. The second time my car stopped working in supersaver parking  and after towing it to his garage , somehow, the car stars working and he did not charge me a penny and told me it was an alarm problem.
100% I would recommend this garage to anyone.
