I am new to town and chose this place based on their positive reviews. They did not disappoint in holding up to the five star expectation I had for them. I had a very expensive job that needed done which was a couple thousand dollars and took a few conversations back and forth over the process. Each time they explained everything to me thoroughly by getting on 'my level' as I am far from a 'car expert'. They made sure I understood and were very patient with me. In fact, these are the nicest group of guys I have met at any auto dealership, EVER! When I picked up my car, they brought me to the back to show me the burnt/destroyed parts which I appreciated. I would and will recommend this place to everyone. I trust them 100% and they did a great job with my vehicle.

Honest and thorough service. Friendly on the phone and personable in the shop. Great for general maintenance and emergencies! I always know exactly what’s happening with my Volvo, what is required for the repair, and how much it will all be before the work begins. I’ve found their quotes for parts and labor to be spot on (or lower) than what’s on the Volvo forums and according to what’s standard in the Midwest. Shops that do quality import work are few and far between in Lincoln. They are a gem! Even if there were a Volvo dealership in town, I’d still bring my car to The Auto Connection. I recommend them to everyone.

I have been using this auto shop for years and I have always been pleased with their work and customer service. I used to live out of town a good hour drive and would still drive back to this shop because I trusted them. They have earned my business for years and years to come.

I am from out of town and had a problem with my vehicle on a Saturday.  My wife called them and they said they could work it in.  I took it to their shop and told them what I wanted replaced to fix the problem. After looking at it they suggested a much cheaper and quicker fix, which did take care of the problem. 

What makes such a difference in this situation is, if they had gone ahead and performed the fix which I requested, the cheaper fix would have been included and I would have never known that I had spent more money needlessly. In my opinion, that shows integrity on their part. Then to top off my experience, they declined to charge me for their time or the materials they used. That is excellent service!
