My a.c. went out in my car and they fixed it. Not the problem. The problem is they cracked my windshield getting the part out. Then when I called later that day (like i said i would because i was on my way to work) I was horribly ripped into. So I've been driving around with a cracked windshield and will have to pay about 300 bucks for that. If they would've fixed it I would give 5 stars. If I could give negative 5 stars I freaking would.

Crooks. In the last month its been a nightmare to get them to honor anything.  I bought an SUV with the agreement I could take it overnight and have a mechanic look at and work out any adjustments needed in price based upon repairs. Died the very next day on the way to work. I had it towed to their shop where they said the repairs cost $3800. Told them they needed to adjust the price based upon the repairs or cancel the deal I gave them $2000 cash and agreed to pay up to another $500 based upon any repairs needed. They couldn't "FIND" the paper that this was written on and I wasn't given a copy so I'm stuck paying $7000 for a piece of junk that never made it into the other mechanics as agreed upon. They have told me I owe the full $7000 plus repairs so I left it there. Now they're coming after me for the rest of the price of the car although they have it on their lot.

I have a 2000 bmw that they worked on..good work but i was unable to pick my car up for about 6 weeks due to the pricing amount...when i finally picked my car up .WATER..like a puddle on my floors in the back seat..they claim all the windows were up..im pissed.i told them about it they said maybe its the seals on the roof..umm no because when i push on the floor the water comes out like a faucet..im pissed paid them 1300$ for my repairs an they treated my car like that.im very angry...if all windows were up why r my backseat floors soaking wet???...

Terrible experience!!! Upon the purchase of a '99 Lexus was told that certain repairs would be part of the purchase minor things like replacing the rear wiper assembly etc. Tobey wrote the contract vaguely then stuck his hand out and said just bring it in next week. The next week I did so and was told any repairs would be  separate. When I asked Tobey why he shrugged his shoulders and smirked. Furthermore when they did give me a repair estimate it was $400 I took the Lexus to a dealer and they stated $300 I had the work done at Performance Toyota. Olstens sucks!!!

If you drive an import car , they can fix it.  
They are fair, honest and good at what they do.
