This company has the worst customer service that I have ever done business with. I ordered an item that had a manufacturing defect that was quite obvious. I asked for a prepaid return label to send it back because it was defective. They refused to issue the label. They told me that ordering online wasn't guaranteed, that I ordered the wrong size, that I was harassing them. Each email that they sent me got more and more rude and nasty. I turned the whole thing over to Amazon so that they could help me out. Be VERY careful if you order from them, you will get the blame if there's a defect in your item.
