It is a testament to how much I love our school that I give this place any money. Over priced clothes, and the Adult women's shirts aren't women's at all. They're men's shirts that make everyone look like a frumpy box.  you pay $13 for shipping that takes over two weeks. Outrageous. My stuff arrived in a bag, not even a box, and the bag had a hole.  The customer service is nonexistent, which honestly shouldn't surprise me, considering the fact that most of their customers don't have a choice to take their business elsewhere. No care, no concern for their customers when you call them. 
 The only reason they are surviving as a company is that we are forced to buy from them.

If you are a school or a company considering making Uniform Source your supplier, DON'T.

This is the store my kids' school uses for uniforms. I've never been happy with the quality of their clothes -- high prices, too, considering what you get. Sizing can be weird, too -- the "women's large" staff shirt I ordered was sized like a men's large. 

I am now very unhappy with their customer service. I've found them to be very unprofessional and argumentative about their poor service. I've wasted weeks being told that my correct order was  coming, to find out it wasn't, to be told contradictory things about shipping costs, etc. I finally told them to cancel my order and give me a full refund to be told that I could get a store credit. Really bad customer service!

Clothes are pricey, but I usually catch the sales. The employees are great with the customers.

Every time I go to the store, even if it's mobbed with back to school shoppers, I am always given excellent service. For example, I placed an order online and went in to check on the status.  The employee reviewed my order and pointed out that I had probably ordered the wrong size for my son. She helped me find the correct size, cancelled the incorrect order, and we were able to receive our order that same day. I truly appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.
