This place has guns for hunting, fishing equipment, camping, hiking, boating-the works. Everything screams you are in America and are free. Free. Free to the right to make your own sausage. From shooting the animal, cleaning it, butchering it, grinding it then stuffing it. You can eat it cooked in a cast iron skillet at your camp kitchen or smoke it in your smoker. How wonderful. Everything you need in one place. I walked out empty handed, not because I didn't need or want anything. But because 90% of the store's goods are made in China.

This is always a fun place to visit, and well worth the drive. There is so much merchandise to choose from, in so many different categories. The clearance section was particularly impressive . The Cafe on the second floor, while cafeteria style, has consistently good, home-style food. The exhibits, including the fish tank are fascinating. That being said, the exhibits are looking a little dusty and need a face lift. I was a little sad that Bass Pro Shops had bought put this family owned business, but I hope they put some money to make improvements on this gem.

Huge selection of everything for your outdoor/adventure needs. Dogs are allowed if you have them on a leash. Large cafeteria style eatery upstairs. Hard to describe this place in words so it's a must to check out if you are in the area. Huge parking lot with room for trucks and trailers or RVs. Great place to go for a quick shopping visit or a fun location to take the whole family and spend a few hours.

This is your local sporting good store on steroids. They have everything u could imagine at fair pricing! For all that's put into this store i was surprised not to be greeted or asked if i needed assisstance however all staff when i approach them were friendly and helpful. I value customer service above all . Store design was easily navigated and kept organized

A visit to Cabela's is always fun. As far as outdoors stores go, Cabela's is much more geared to hunting than camping or hiking so don't go here looking for the latest and greatest in ultra light hiking gear. There are lots of things to keep the kids entertained and the stuffed and trophy animals from around the world, the large aquarium and waterfall and pond don't disappoint either. Grab a smoked elk sandwich or other wild and more traditional fair at their upstairs food area before exploring the wealth of guns, hunting and fishing gear and outdoor clothing.
