If you think AT&T is a good cell phone store try taking back a phone that's 3 weeks old and the glass is falling out of it you have a better chance of seeing Jesus Christ or sucking your own you know what I'm getting at

the only I need is a new sim-card,that process no take more the 5 minutes. I wait 40 minutes sit, and saw other 2 people come in after me and the agent assist they, I asked somebody if they know I’m waiting sit, they said “yes” we busy now.... really the store is almost empty, in that to people after me are assisting for the manager because the have a problem, or really because mine is no problem. I paid $350 every month. I’m customer for 4 o 5 year. I only wait 40 minutes and gone away, because maybe for a new SIM card take 2 hours in that store. I drive 3 minutes to next store in Lehigh valley mall and “surprise”. in 5 minutes I have my new SIM card.... Please AT&T CHECK THE LAST REVIEWS IN THIS 2 months. SOMENTHING WRONG HAPPENING in this store.
