I purchased a car from Equity auto a while ago, I had a great experience. They have good customer service and it's a hassle free dealer. The gentleman who helped me understood my needs. Not only was I treated good but the car I purchased was like new with low miles. I would definitely purchase again from Equity. I highly recommend Equity to any car buyer. Also, expect to not be charged with excessive fees (advertising, transporting, etc.)

The purchase went well. Post purchase,  not so much. Instead of picking up the trade-in a couple of hours after the purchase, I spent the rest of that day and all the next waiting.  There was also a mistake with the dealer 's interpretation of the loan documents which meant our down payment had to be higher.  This was handled poorly causing stress for me (as someone came to my house) and my daughter. 

All in all, the deal was good, but the aftermath lowered what would have been a clear 5 star to one where I decided on four after some time trying to decide between 3 & r4.

Great prices, great cars, every car has a free car fax! Make sure you talk to Anthony. He helped me get into the car I wanted  at the price I wanted with no pressure. The manager was easy to work with as well. I would definitely buy a car from them again!

I swear if there was anything less than a 1 star I would put it... very good when buying a vehicle then after it's a whole different world. I traded in my car and they didn't pay it off in time so I had to pay the next payment to keep my credit though I had already given the vehicle to them. When I ask am given crazy excuses they don't pick up calls and have lies after lies.... I do not recommend this place at all.. very poor customer service

They play the big dealership games. Charge $699 for window tint, and $350 to write up the sale documents. Cars are not inspected or repaired, like big dealerships.
