The selection of slots varies pretty often but the casino is clean and nice. The Brown Rock Cafe has good food, and very good dessert. I have not stayed in a room, so I can't comment on them but I'm sure if the casino floor is any indication they are probably very nice.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite, and absolutely loved it! The tub was the perfect size, we had a mini fridge, microwave, and locked safe provided. We were entered in a slot tournament for free for staying in the hotel and also got 15 dollars free play for the casino. There was also a few other perks that came with the room that we didn't partake in due to other plans but we would have used them other wise! The pool, amazing!

We couldn't be happier with our overnight stay. The staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant served a fabulous meal. We were impressed with the Pit Boss and dealers as some players used curse words often and were told to keep it PG. Many thanks for a great stay!

Booked a jacuzzi suite and upon arrival thought the cleanliness was not great but nothing to complain about. Later found the sheets were dirty. Called front desk and asked for a manager to come look and was told nobody was there. They decided to upgrade us to a bigger suite and while checking the sheets in the new room with the front desk staff person found the duvet was stained.  The sheets otherwise appeared clean. Once she left I pulled back all the sheets and the mattress pad was covered in hair. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Service in the restaurant was absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Waiter took orders wrong, was no where to be found when we asked for drink refills, did no follow ups, failed to use our coupons. When I asked to speak with management, I was told there was no one there in that position, so the girl told me she was only 15 and could not help me. To top off this absurdity, they charged my card $15 higher than what was listed on the ticket that I signed for. (Fraud?) I think so. Epic fail on the part of the entire establishment. I continued to seek management in other departments with no results. How could there be absolutely no supervision in the entire place that could have resolved these issues??? Never again will we return to Cadillac Jacks Deadwood South Dakota.
