Used to be good, but tonight was a disaster. First off absolutely no customer service most tables were dirty and we came in at almost 7.
They were good at getting our food ready just for it to sit on the counter for so long everything was cold when we got to the table. Then I was very much surprised that the bread I was given was FROZEN SOLID! I went to the cashier and told him and he gave me another frozen bread!!! Spoke to the shift manager and he did absolutely nothing to try and fix the situation. I will never be here again

The flavors in the food takes soups, salads, and sandwiches takes everything to a new level. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the open and modern decor makes the place very warm along well with the lighting. The food is well worth the money spent, maybe even a little underpriced for the quality

The food is 4.5 stars... that staff is nice... but OMG... I hate being pushed through their line like cattle.  I mean, if I want to watch you make my food, the let me.  If I want to ask you to not put corn on something how can I do that if you shove me ahead before I'm ready to go?  The organization of ZUPAS, meaning the way they process people, is awful.  There's got to be a better way... we are paying customers after all!  On one visit I was "TOLD" 3 times in under a minute to move forward... and there were very little people behind me.  Don't tell me what to do.  Just make my food and let me pay for it.  So annoying.  I'll go back because the food is good but I don't like being there.

While the food was great, the service was ok.  We asked for a special that gives a sandwich and a soup that is half price.  However, the staff goofed that up.  They made us two full entrees and charged us for the full entrees.  The food was absolutely delicious and we got charged the correct amount for what was given.  However, it was not the correct order.
