It’s Taco Bell. You know what you get from a food standpoint. The location on the other hand is pretty poor. At lunch they can’t handle mild lunch crowds. 10 min for fast food? That’s poor. This isn’t a custom order place. It should be at most 5 minutes. The freeze machine was down and the soda machine was down a few flavors. The spiked lemonade was really good though. They need to up their food prep game. Clearly they aren’t efficient in the kitchen. I guess it’s pretty tough opening those bags of shredded lettuce and cheese and nuking the ground beef. The cashier was frazzled as well and ordering seemed to be rocket science. I’ll update this if they step it up. Until then, come at your own risk. If in a rush avoid peak times because they clearly don’t rush.

Very disappointed in the manager, had 3 orders in the group I came in with, after finishing the orders "Amy" as she was referred to left to the restroom. Obviously it was urgent. While she was gone the drive thru filled orders that came in. Mind you this was minutes. The shaved head manager came from his office ignoring everyone at the registers, poked his head around the corner and yelled at her to hurry up, then proceeded to walk back to his office and SIT DOWN!!! Come on....... he's fully capable of handling that..... Poor leadership, poor production. He should be above that completely while customers are inside.

Fast service. The employees were friendly and got our orders right. Food was fresh and tasted great.

We had a nice, normal experience. It's like a normal Taco Bell - same as all the others.

Food is fine basic T Bell food. The wait was insane. We sat in the drive thru, after ordering, for 15 minutes. It was 9:30 at night.
