My husband and I wanted to sit inside because it was cool outside and were told there was one high top table left at the bar inside. We were not even led there but found there was no table available. Even though we didn’t want to, we agreed to sit at the last table outside. It was a Friday night and the waiter asked if we were going to the theater for a show nearby. We said no but apparently should have said yes because we waited for over an hour and still no entrees. Then a waitress brought the wrong entrees to us, which we refused (another mistake on our part?) We were getting cold and told our waiter we would pay for our appetizer and drinks and leave if our food wouldn’t be ready soon. (He had told us twenty minutes earlier it would be just a few minutes.). The manager came to our table and offered to seat us inside where it was warmer and we should have our food in ten to fifteen minutes and she would reduce our bill. After twenty-five more minutes we told our waiter to prepare our bill for the iced tea and bruschetta as we had waited too long for our food. We paid the $16.22 bill and left. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you don’t mind waiting a long time for your food. No dinner for us tonight!

We went after a company meeting which we had reservations for. They were not equipped for the 25 of us as it took an hour after ordering to get the food and it was cold. Several of us had to send the food back and still got it raw or cold. The waitresses were not quick getting our drinks either. We are talking a possible $400 tip due to the bill being what it was and it did not seem to matter. They should have told us that they could not accommodate us as well as other customers on a Friday and we would have found a place that could!! Will never go here again! The management needs to be fired as that is where customer service begins! Ran out of steak knives and appetizer plates as well...wow

The food is okay, not great but the service is great. As with all Tempe business on and near Mill Ave, I will avoid the parking situation.

Wish it was a better experience but too many mistakes and a non-interested waiter. When you are served a salad with no dressing you'd expect a bit of humility. Not here. When your entrees are served too soon you'd not expect your salads to be taken away without asking. When you're still eating your entrees and asked about desert you'd not expect to see the check right away. Some of the food was quite good but not good enough. Last time for me...
