FARM
Cair Paravel Enterprises, LLC is a family owned and operated farm nestled 2,000ft up in the Blue Ridge. We primarily farm for our own family, our neighbors, and guests. Our goal is to operate with as little impact on the environment as possible, as well as providing a network of like-minded local businesses and farms in central Virginia for visitors to explore. Our lodgings are Certified Green by the Virginia Department of Tourism.
LODGING
We have a 30' diameter luxurious yurt, a vintage Airstream, the Greene House, and a small lodge- Tumnus House all of which we rent. We are fully licensed establishment holding a Greene County Business License, Federal EIN, and a Lodging permit through the Virginia Department of Health. Prior to opening the lodging business we attained a Special Use Permit from Greene County. We use the Airbnb platform for all lodging reservations.
