the women at Cali Nails have very poor manners and general respect for their paying customers. ive gone back a few times only because its the closest to my home, but theyre rude and each time have never completely given me what i ask for. i make sure NEVER to tip them because they never deserve it.both of them squeeze my fingers and practically rip the nails off. the only credit i do give them is their partial skill on nail art. but customer service is a F.My last visit she called me "too picky" and told me "i complained too much" after i asked her to remove the design she thought i should have, i told her that i just wanted  her to give me what i asked for and she caught an attitude and pulled my hand and fingers.after she dug in and stabbed my cuticles around my toes and i promised never to go back....ill take an extra 10 mins to go a little further down the street from now on. those women should take a few courses on customer service.
