My car has been riding rough; I went in for an oil change, and they found the problem. It was quickly fixed and my ride is smooth again. I'm grateful for the quick and friendly service.

A mechanic accompanied me on a test drive of my vehicle during which he took my iPhone. When I discovered it was missing he pretended as if nothing happened. My phone was never returned. Also, they replaced something on my car that wasn't broken and then demanded I pay for the parts and labor. They then said something else was wrong and not the parts they replaced.

Went in for a front end alignment. Price was already $34 cheaper than anyone around. $56 total. Service was good and fast. The tech guy  was great, told me what was wrong with my van which was the same answers as a previous mechanic at firestone told me. I was pleased and will be going back.

Went in for a tire replacement. They found issues right away, gave me a good estimate, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They even showed me the problem. Very respectful service and at a reasonable cost. Will come back again.

I was non compliant on one of the items on a state inspection. State law does not require them to notify me of non compliance before charging me, but they did. That allowed me to leave and fix the item myself and return for an inspection. 
That's good for business - makes me want to return next time I need service a d or tires. 

They get 5 stars from me. THANKS DYLAN!!
