stars all the way.  Best price in town. Very friendly and courteous. So far have bought 2 sets of FS. For both my trucks. Can't imagine anyone giving less than 5 stars.

I went to Firestone to get my front two tires replaced, and get an alignment done. Okay first of all, I got a flat tire in LESS than 3 hours. They also somehow cross patched my lug nuts. My alignment was not done correctly. That was made clear to me the first time I get on the highway. It actually got worse. They will fix your problems under your warranty, but I don't have time to keep coming back! I would rather take my car somewhere I know it will be done correctly the first time. I spent a lot of money with them, and my car still isn't fixed. I was also quoted $400 for something that TWO different professional mechanics said were 100% fine. Don't waste your time here.

Update: went to the Firestone on the other side of town. Came in asking for help. Instead I was made to feel stupid. I was out of my comfort zone and not even greeted in any sort of matter. Excuse me for being a young woman who knows nothing about cars. Instead of asking me qualifying questions about what I was experiencing the guy totally blew me off and acted as if I was in the wrong place. If someone came to my place of work and had no clue where to start, I would guide them before asking them to pay $90. Maybe I would have felt more comfortable paying the money if he would have just listened to me for a few minutes. Customer service obviously isn't a priority for either Firestone locations in Denton. 

Side note- I work in the world of customer service and I understand how badly these online reviews can hurt a locations reputation, but at this point I think it's well deserved.

Went here after hitting a curb with what looked like some damage to a rim. There wasn't too much wait and then they popped it back into place. They didn't charge me for the quick fix. Nice and helpful!

While waiting to get my car inspected two of the employees got into a yelling match, dropping the F bomb and all I can gather is the manager was going off on an employee. Completely unprofessional. There were five customers in there at the time.

Had a bad tire that couldn't be fixed and had tried several different place to get tires with no luck before being advised to try Firestone. Had tires in the size I needed in stock and staff was friendly and very helpful.
