I have yet to figure out how this "law enforcement group" decides which laws they will, and won't enforce! On one occasion, my wife and I heard gun-shots very close to our house, late at night, and upon calling Cal-City PD, the gentleman who answered the phone was rude, abrupt, and made it abundantly clear, that he did not want to be bothered! On yet another occasion, one of our neighbors was throwing, (what was supposed to be), a birthday party for a young child, with music BLASTING, to the point, that we could not even hear our television. After two different calls, an officer showed up at my door, to explain to me, that basically, a disturbance, is what he called, "Municipal", and he indicated that basically, he would refuse to force them to shut down the EXTREME LOUD, MUSIC. So, I am at a loss, trying to figure out, which laws this agency enforces, and how they decide WHO to "Protect and Serve"!

This place is a joke. As an out-of-state visitor, I can't believe the garbage excuse for service you guys get out here for the crazy taxes you pay. Incompetent, lazy, but I bet they drive around in brand new cruisers and get paid pretty well. Im writing this as I've waited over an hour to fill out a report on a Monday morning.

I love how professional their entire staff are. Their office is also a cool zone for those who can't afford air-conditioning in their homes, apts, etc. Sergeant Boston is by far, one of the very best I've EVER met! But, at the end of the day, I'm proud of my local police dept. We should all back the courageous​ men and women in blue!
