Very nice facility and even nicer people. Choice of indoor or outdoor parking storage and the best part is they will park and retrieve your trailer for you, just give them a call the day before. Definitely a 5 🌟 place.

Don't go here this place sucks save your money and time go to a better storage shady neighborhood and bad customer service!!!!

I have been storing my toy hauler here for about five months, in July my wife and I came to check on our trailer and saw cat Food and Water under out trailer. On 8/29/2015 we came to pick up our trailer and I noticed that there was cat urine all over the chrome rims and the acid from the urine have now rusted my brand-new Chrome trailer rims, NOTE MY PICTURES I ADDED. I called 8/31/15 and spoke with the so-called manager Patty and told her my concerns about the cats Peeing on the rims, and all the rust that has accumulated from the urine, she proceeded to tell me that they are Wildcats and that they have no control over them and there is nothing they can do about it.. Lmao REALLY I SAID then why are you feeding them water and food under my trailer I ask ? Her response was it's not illegal to feed cats.. My reply then there should be some kind of information passed out to people letting them know to protect their own rims from the cat urine that you can't control.. Then my reply was can I speak to the owner? Her response was I'm the closest thing you're going to get to the owner.. Wtf what kind of customer service is this.. Anyways I proceeded to ask her if they would pay to get my chrome rims polished out to see if we could fix it. her response was no it's not our responsibility. I've been proceeded to tell her that I was going to pursue further action that I have photos of them feeding the cats under my trailer and pictures of my rims when I bought my trailer and after urine pictures. Her response was laughing at me saying I'm sure you do have pictures of your rims they're probably were rusted before you even brought it here, and why would you even have pictures of your rims she said.. My response was why wouldn't I take pictures of my brand-new trailer.. Mind you this is a brand-new trailer that has been used three times. I will Be pursuing further action. Thanks for reading my review and hope everybody takes warning.

When we moved to Ventura about a year ago, we no longer had space to park our RV. We discovered California Classic Storage online, and chose them because we wanted an indoor area. We have been more than pleased with CCS. When we call to say we want to take the RV out, it's waiting for us when we go to pick it up with the propane and refrigerator turned on. And when we return, they put it away for us. Although we've not yet needed it, there is a dump right there that's extremely convenient, And the many times I've stopped by to put something in or take something out of our RV, they're always so accommodating! We so appreciate a place that fits all our needs and is very safe and secure at the same time. We highly recommend California Classic Storage! and the very friendly staff.

California Classic Storage is a great place to store your RV. I have a Class A RV and I'm very particular on where I leave my vehicle. Patty and the staff are awesome and always a pleasure to deal with.
