This is the best Self Storage place in town. There level of customer service is 5 stars all the way. There attentive to your needs, they play music while you store, they offer there own bottled water. If you get hungry there is Palm Thai.  They always have inside parking so if it raining like today your completely covered. Can't say enough things about Moses, Jesse and Ed. I highly recommend if your looking for storage services.

I have used a number of storage units over the years, often with large national companies, and to be honest there is very little to choose between them; the units themselves and the pricing, it usually comes down to location. 
However, SoCal Self Storage Hollywood is different. Yes, their units suit the need and pricing is competitive, but the people, the people are exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond.
Moses, Jesse, and Ed will take care of you, they will treat you like a friend, and they are true to their word.

Great self storage unit, Moses is so helpful and so is the staff - they always are offering beverages/snacks and assistance when needed. They reach out as soon as a package is sent for me and make sure I have a great experience every time I stop by. I recommend this storage unit to anyone seeking a very safe and helpful environment like SoCal Self Storage!

SoCal Hollywood Storage is unique because it offers a superb environment to store your belongings in. When I say environment, I mean the peace of mind that my stuff is secure, that I'm rest assured to never see any questionable things, like unwanted people walking inside the facility, that the staff is nice and you could talk to them knowing that they're not young kids looking over the throne. 

The floors are clean and no one goes up unless you have the access code for the elevator.

So let me thank Moses for all his help in keeping a sustained environment for us. 

I highly recommended SoCal Hollywood!! And I mean that.

This place is great! Moses, Jesse and Ed are awesome. They've been all about customer service since day 1. They know there stuff and really helpful. I totally recommend this is the place for storage.
