I had thought renting and maintaining a storage space would be a worrisome, difficult experience. But with SoCal Storage it's all been easy as pie. During my stay I have dealt a lot with Russ and Griffin. Both of these gentleman have been most helpful and easy to get along with. I highly recommend SoCal Storage.

I needed to get a storage unit on short notice, with easy access and decent size. I called PS, the big chain storage place, and wasn't particularly impressed with the pricing or unit location. Then, I remembered seeing SoCal Self Storage on Hampshire Rd. while driving by in the past and thought I'd check it out... I talked to Russ on the phone, and he offered me everything I was looking for. I got a unit I could drive up to like a garage, in the size I needed. And that's all fine... But, I can honestly say that's not what was impressive. Aside from the fact that the facility is absolutely spottless and well maintained, the service is remarkable... There is a level of customer service going on over there - between Russ and Dub - that's pretty much lost these days. I was provided a special move-in rate, a free truck to do the move (????), and on a couple of occasions when I was late getting my bill paid the guys called repeatedly to help me avoid late fees. These guys treat you with first-name personal relationship service. Pretty much a lost art these days. I cannot more highly recommend them. Thanks guys... Patrick C. - Westlake Village, CA

Inside Moves has been working with SoCal storage for years now reffering and servicing customers back and forth. They provide excellent and secure storage and we provide the best moving service. Ask for Kat she will go out of her way to take care of your needs because happy customers tell their friends and refferal is everything. I moved my "stuff" here, knowing someday I would be moving back into a house. Previously, it was stored with a large chain in the Valley. There, my unit was broken into & much stolen. I checked quite carefully before choosing Westoaks Self Storage. From my first visit I was impressed with the friendly staff, the security of the units, the clear labeling of the aisles with local names and the convenient access times. Now, several years later, I am moving into that home and my "stuff" is coming with me. The staff has been every bit as friendly with the "move-out" as it was with the "move-in." I look forward to the completion your office remodel & the offer of a cup of coffee. I shall unhesitatingly recommend to anyone in need of storage A McC

Nowdays, most places try to have good customer service, but Westoaks reminds of the way things were back in Fifties, back before this country went to hell in handbasket. When I walk in the Manager knows my name, and even shoots the breeze with me for a couple minutes. Once I forgot to pay the bill, and he called me so I wouldn't get a late fee. To be frank, I'm only writiing this review because they asked me if I would, normally I wouldn't go out of my for something like this, but I think this business deserves it. It's refreshing to see an employee who cares about his business and his customers. Good Job Westoaks Storage!
