Wonderful facility. Super clean and safe business area with low traffic. Staff is super helpful and the main reason of my 5 stars. Randall helped get me a spot and Eileen wrapped it all together for me and both were super helpful and accommodating and beyond nice to me. I sleep well at night knowing my boat is well protected and taken care of.

When I was just starting to think customer service was dead in this industry, a bright smile changed my outlook.  I had the pleasure of interacting with an employee, who was so outgoing and personable I felt compelled to write a review in which I never do.  I believe her name was eileen, she helped me make my move fluid and effortless.  The facility had boxes and all the moving supplies you can ask for.  Also it was extremely clean as well which was an added bonus.  So thank you so cal storage and thank you eileen for your courteous and professional service, setting industry standards across the board!!!!

Very clean establishment and professional staff.  Wendy and Randy were extremely helpful setting everything up to receive my U-box when we moved across country.  I highly recommend this place.

In the midst of moving, my husband and I were desperate to find a last minute storage place in Ventura County (more or less closer to Camarillio) being that my husband is in the Navy and I was to be relocating during his deployment. Between this place and Gold Coast storage, SoCal took the cake--BY FAR. Excellent staff, Efficient service, Exceptional prices! The manager, Eileen, was so flexible and informative and very willing to help military personnel with a timely fashion. This was our (my husband and I) first time ever using public storage, and Eileen was quick to inform us of her availability, invite us for a tour of the storage and location (the day that I called), and very thorough the entire time there. Any questions I had she had the answer for, I love knowledgeable services--it saves so much time. The location is in a very safe community, clean and easy to find (right off the 101). My five star rating is mainly due to Eileen professional work ethic, where many of the other storage locations/competitors had lacked. Her warm inviting character is what pulls in customers, followed by excellent service and exceptional prices. If you are looking to relocate (especially military personnel) you should only come here.

Thanks for the great customer service Randall.  I was desperate to find a place to dump my RV tanks and Randall was nice enough to allow me to use their facility.  If you are looking for a clean, customer service friendly place to rent storage space in Camarillo definitely talk to Randall.  Thanks again.
