Islamic Cemetery of California
California Islamic Cemetery is not-for-profit religious corporation organized under the laws of the State of California to establish and operate a low cost environmentally benign burial place for people of Islamic faith. It is located at 14273 N. Beckman Road, Lodi CA 95240. It is operated by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Islamic way of interning the deceased is to wash the body with water and then wrap it in white cotton cloth (bio degradable) and lay it in the grave without any casket in such a way as the shroud touches the earth.
