The service was fine, but I feel like I got taken on the price.  I forgot to ask for an estimate up front and then got hit with a $300 bill for one hour of labor for one guy who I couldn't even communicate with clearly in English.  That is pretty steep for snaking two internal drains (toilet and bath) and adjusting the bath stopper lever.  Probably my fault, but I was shocked that their prices are so high.  I may use them again, but not without a written quote in advance.

I called this company last weekend to replace my water heater and they showed up about 50 mins after I called. He took a look at my water heater and went to homedepot to get the water heater for me. He spent about 1 hour to finish the job and even fixed old safety tools for free. He said that I dont have to waste my money to get a new one because my old safety tool is still new.I kinda had hard time to make conversation with him since he speaks little english but he used funny gestures and that turnes our conversation more interesting. The price was reasonable and I really liked their service.
If you want good quality of works, reasonable price and nice service call this company.
