great experience. Technician was on time, friendly, and very professional. Wasn’t told my appointment time was an after hours price and since it wasn’t a big emergency I would have liked to have known. I may have had them come at a different time but I understood and accepted it.

Called at noon for a stopped-up kitchen sink. They showed up when they said they would (within 2 hours) and the technician was awesome! What more could you want in a pinch? Great job all around!

I will be sending a letter asking for my money back. Paid $340 for no help whatsoever on broken water heater. Was left with an incorrect diagnosis and advised to hire an electrician. Although I advised RR the make and type of heater when I set up the appointment, the technician took one look at it and said he’d never seen such a heater and had no idea how to work on it. After he spent over an hour on phone with manufacturer he incorrectly applied volt meter and told us no power to gas control unit. In fact, power is getting to that unit and the unit is not the problem. After that technician left I called RR and complained and also asked if they have someone who knows how to work on this type of heater. I was promised a call back but none came.

Adabu was FANTASTIC. Wish I had a direct line to him. He was a life saver at 1:00am.  
My home warranty company was closed as after business hours. Why do I pay them so much.  Not any more.

My drain techs Nick and Robert were very professional and polite. Nick was the lead on this call and knew exactly how to resolve the issue with toilets not flushing properly.  He then contacted another team member Robert to help with a two man effort on the roof top. They work efficiently together and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend contacting Roto-Rooter for your issues if you live in the Alameda and San Joaquine Counties.
