There wasn't much to choose from and all animals are elder. The place needs a better look but the people working there really care for the animals.

Dogs are definitely not medically evaluated. I got a 7 year old lab from here with all his shots and a chip tracker, but somehow they missed this. 3 months after adopting Kaeno we took him to a vet for a check up because of a lump that formed under his eye, they found his body riddled with cancerous tumours, one being equal size of his heart next to his lungs! He has 6 tumors removed, but they couldn't remove the large tumor next to his lungs due to his state he will most likely be put down in 2 weeks. If you must get a pet from here bring a veterinarian with you.

Unprofessional staff, treated us as if we know nothing and made us put two holds on the same dog. When they called us said “somehow you are the first and third hold on this dog, don’t know how that happened” and proceeded to tell us how it was our fault that happened. We ended up adopting that dog but they made the whole encounter just awful.

It is clean and it has a good vibe about it.  The cat room is an actual little haven completely "cattified" with a cat super highway, cat trees and lots of toys!  None of the areas are over crowded and the animals are not at all sad.
