Excellent customer service experience. I can only speak on service and the facility because my company handled billing. I was treated with great courtesy and they managed to squeeze me in on a busy day because it was such a minor/quick fix. I was happy to find such a clean and accommodating driver lounge where the complimentary coffee was actually good!  Five star service and facility!

I wouldn't give them a half a star. They sold me a freightliner in 2012 and moved and I had to travel to Monroe and I had it serviced a couple of times and their service was not that good. Then they told me they no longer serviced sprinters  and the nearest dealer is 50 miles away. Talk about a company that only cares about a sale. I wouldn't do business with them or Freightliner or recommend them to my worse enemy.

Terrible! If I break down across the street from them, I'll rather have it towed to another place! They fixed my unit in the morning, but wanted to wait until 6pm for traffic to die so they could test drive it. So I left the hotel at noon because they said it would be done quickly, and I sat in their lovely drivers lounge asking what was going on, found out with my company the unbelievable 6 pm excuse! But at 5:40 pm they gave me the good news, that I was good to go! That's a reflection of what is wrong with some business in my country! Never again!

Wanted to order Cummins Parts from them but the wont order the parts unless you pay for them 1st. This is what happened next....
Ok ill give you my credit card. Sorry Sir we don't take credit cards over the phone. Why? I don't know sir, that is our policy. Ok I'll get my parts from another dealer thanks.  
Guess they have a MONEY TREE at that dealership and don't need to sell any parts
