been loyal customer of this dealership for more than 5 years from my xTerra to pathfinder. However, service keeps banking hours and does not provide loaners even if you ask for it on the request which you can only make at least 2 weeks in advance if it is in the weekends. for service needing more an hour and costing hundreds of dollars, it will still be a hit and miss if they provide you with a loaner. very bad if you have a very busy weekend or have a family you need to drive for appointments on weekends.

First service was excellent. The technician took his time to make sure everything was done right. Took extra care of my 20 inch black wheels!

We had a great experience with buying a car at Acme Nissan! Our salesman was Juan Peterson and he did a phenomenal job with all aspects of getting finding us the right vehicle for the right price.

We purchased a Nissan Rogue on 6/30/2017. We initially worked with Mark, a young pleasant fellow who helped us narrow down the details of the car we wanted. We came to the ACME dealership with a predetermined price in mind that we got from US News and Reports and an internet quote from another dealership. When it came to price negotiations we were dealing with Jake Jaskowski, the sales manager. For various reasons he was not able to match the online quotes, but was very reasonable and offered us a fair price with a few extra features/upgrades to make it a favorable deal. We were able to close the deal the same evening, making this process easy and pain free. We were able to pick up the car the following afternoon from the finance director Jack Jaskowski. We would rate our overall experience dealing with ACME Nissan as very favorable. At no time did we feel pressured into anything we did not want. Sales and service staff that were prepping our car and answering our questions were pleasant and courteous. Dealing with two cousins Jake and Jack added a bit of confusion but also brought several smiles and a touch of family atmosphere. Thank you ACME Nissan!

Today, I called for a recall service appointment for 2008 Nissan Versa's Takata air bag replacement and front spring coil replacement. I spoke with Brian and he refused set up an appointment for Saturday session. Acme Nissan open during 9am to 2pm during Saturday and it is disappointing not caring about the essential recall service. I purchased the vehicle from this dealer but I guess once the vehicle sold, they don't care about service afferward.
