Maintenance is on drugs here he's going at 100mpg one spooky woo doo Doo the manager is not so good every time you ask for anything they say they don't have time for you ,ask for some gravel say they can't afford it , Perris police is here every day ,also got a meathlab going on , LOTS Of DRUG users and deal going on all day ,

Its not the best place in the world floods when it rains no place really for kids to play lot of drug addicts (to each there own no judgment there) but aside from the endless negatives its a quite little place not to much goes on and neighbors are decent people

The showers don't work and the ones that do are scary. The laundry room is OK but very hot. The one nice feature is the pool but it's hit or miss on being clean. The people who live in the park are friendly though.
