Thank you SO much from the bottom of our hearts to Frank who worked with make a wish to help grant our son a camper!!! To say today was such a special and perfect day is an understatement . The camper that was gifted is absolutely beautiful and to top it off it was filled with all of Logan’s favorite things.. but beyond the camper what topped this day off was the genuinely beautiful kindness & compassion that Frank showed to our son . Thank you for putting an ear to ear smile on our sons face and for the tears of joy today. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done for Logan and our family. Stay tuned for some adventure pictures!!
David, Michael, Frank and my delivery service tech all went above and beyond to deliver my unit. Michael got me a better deal on finance than other dealerships w/similar units could, david got me a great price and Frank assisted me with the sale. My service tech took 45 mins to go over the units operation and make sure my truck was prepped and safe to tow it. I wont buy from anywhere else, these guys were fantastic!
It is surprisingly shocking the level of disrespect and racism this location has. Sales Manager David had the audacity to claim he didn’t want to deal with anyone that didn’t speak English. I will make sure this gets escalated to the highest levels of the corporate office.
Don’t recommend this location at all. David the sales manager doesn’t have any communication or customer service abilities what so ever. He has an issue with anyones who doesn’t speak perfect English and doesn’t make any effort toward his job duties. I have received several bad review from my customers as I dispatch drivers due to David’s poor treatment since October 2021. Campers delivered are always low on air, drivers have to wire the lights and make them road ready. Doesn’t want transport drivers waiting around in the office he makes them wait outside as if they aren’t worthy enough and is overall a poor experience.
Could not say enough wonderful things about every person there, especially our salesman Tim. He knew exactly what to show us without overwhelming us and found the perfect camper within an hour. He was on top of everything from start to finish and returns call right away. Brian in finance was excellent. Straight forward and the entire process was pleasurable. We will not go anywhere else for a camper and will only recommend Camping World in Lakewood. Excellent experience!!!!
Camping World Guys!!! I am here again with an awesome review on the great camping world store. My wife and I just purchased a 2023 M32 Mallard trailer. One of the most knowledgeable guys at camping world in Lakewood NJ location. Al was very warm and knowledgeable on the right trailer we needed and had the ability to answer every question we had. I would definitely purchase my next motor home at trailer from camping world if I would have the privilege of working with Al again
Just purchased a used Motor Home from Camping World. From start to finish the experience was great. Frank A. sales was patient with us and answered all of our questions through the entire process. Mike finance was great to work with and very helpful through the entire financing process. And finally, the pickup day demonstration process was detailed and very informative and made us comfortable with our purchase. Highly recommend.
We bought a new hideout from camping world and it was a great experience working with the sales staff in helping us to choose the one that was perfect for us. We soon after went on our Maiden voyage with it and had some issues that needed to be addressed. As soon as we got back we set up a date that week to bring the trailer back to fix the issues and we mentioned that our next trip was planned in less then 3 weeks . We were very nervous that we were not going to get our trailer back in time but Frank manager assured us that we would have back all fixed in 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks we received some update calls from the service guys Bob, Bill and Andrew. They were professional and accommodating. Well today was 1 day shy of the promised 2 weeks and I picked it up, they went over everything with me and I was very happy all seems good. So far from the sales staff to the service staff we have had a great experience!! Thanks guys

Pretty sure they delete bad reviews. Purchased a used camper to stay in while our home was being repaired from a flood. Paid 23k, plus extended warranty. Had it delivered. Absolutely filthy including a rats nest in a chewed up pull out sofa and a baby bottle under the bed with the most disgusting contents I've ever seen. That was just a couple of the goodies we found. Customer service was non existent for any issues we had including trying to get a clean title when it was time to sell it. The commercial they have now prompted me to write this because it's a joke. They offered us 6k a year layer to buy it back. We sold it for 18k. I never write bad reviews, I'll usually just walk away with lesson learned but everything I just saw in their new commercial irked me. Definately going elsewhere when it's time for our new RV. Buyer, and seller, beware!
