RV Resort?? More like the LAST RESORT. What a pit. One (barely working) shower for whole campground. No laundry, no amenities other then a overgrown scum infested pond. Only good thing I can say about the office staff if they're rarely there - so the abuse they espouse is kept to a minimum. Staff has no idea what they are doing and seem to be proud of it. AVOID THIS PLACE unless of course it's your LAST RESORT.

Well to start the place is creepy at night. The water smells like rotten eggs and is not filtered!! There very noisy body watching you!! Don't bring kids here!!! It's not for family's....... I stayed here for 4 months and it's was horrible!!!! They still owe me $700.00 for my truck getting damage! Pls don't let them take your money!! And there's bugs and ants In the trailers they so call cabins

The experience here was terrible. For a 2 night stay they required more papers and documents and copies of driver's licenses than you need to get an auto loan. Oh yeah, a $500 deposit and an agreement that you won't dispute charges if there is, well a dispute. So would you guess what happened? Weeks go by and no return of deposit. That's just the clerical side of things. Our lot was "new" and as such wasn't level but had tons of gravel with which our 40ft class A sunk into. We couldn't level without leveling blocks. The sewer stub stuck out of the ground over a foot and was on the uphill side of the lot. Sewer running uphill and up an extra foot? At least the maintenance guy was able to lower it. The spaces are huge, but you aren't allowed to park 2 cars in the spot, we found that out with a rude knock on the door at midnight. It was raining and we were packing to leave the next morning. No matter, move the car said the man. It's also very overpriced. Turkey swamp park is well worth the visit and totally worth not having sewer hook up. All that hassle pales in comparison to the treatment you'll get here. I'd rather boondock in a Walmart than stay here.

To start with the paperwork is rediculous, and they have a 500 dollar deposit regardless of how long you stay. Your only allowed to park one vehicle per site, if you have two vehicles at one site longer than ten minutes the owner rudely makes you move one regardless of the situation. Even though a few guest had one vehicle, cargo trailers and side by sides at one site. While other guest actually had their gate cards shut off without warning because they had an extra vehicle at their site to long and not reactivated they had to walk from the front gate to their campers. The longer I stayed the more I noticed how rude and inconsiderate the management of this campground really was. Management constantly posted notes on the door of my camper threatening to evict everyone on the one side of the campground because he said the guest was causing issues with the sewer. After receiving the notes on my door I decided to move to a different campground. I called in to the office and gave them a ten day notice that I was leaving. I asked about my deposit the lady and the office said I would refund my deposit with no hassle as soon as they inspected my site for damages. After moving a week goes by and no deposit refund so I call the office and they tell me that they might not give me my deposit back because the propane place hadn't picked my bottle up from my site because they were to busy the day I moved out. The manager claimed he could do anything with the site because of the propane tank, yet I managed to move a 43 foot fifth wheel out of the site with no problems. The campground also had numerous sites vacant so it wasn't like the propane bottle was costing him money. It took me two weeks to actually get a partial refund of my deposit. This campground is a joke the manager is a rude, inconsiderate, jerk with no care for others. My suggestion is to stay somewhere else.
