Been going here for 15+ years since our 3 kids were small. We travel alot also but this is our local "go to place" and leave our unit for a month in the summer and look forward to it every year. It's a Well Kept - GREAT FAMILY CAMPGROUND. Family Owned and Operated and you can relax knowing the wife and kids are safe BUT THEY HAVE RULES! (Which we LIKE, thus a GREAT "Family" Campground). Go there, relax, have your "drinks", enjoy your family and friends, you'll love it. Get Crazy, Stupid, and Loud and your probably going to hate it. (although you'll probably get 1 courtesy warning lol)... Some bad reviews came from people that went to get crazy drunk and act plain stupid......Bring your family and enjoy, like we have for over 15 years!

We attempted to stay after mellisa finally returned our call after several messages.
  We came from florida so started calling 24 hours out no return calls,.
   Finally we got tgere n tracked her down she walked me to a couple very tight spots n left us of course a good place would help you get sittuated.
   To say the least our brand new rig was severally damaged we left never even recieved a call to say is evefything ok what happened etc. Not even to mention down playing other camp grounds in the area which turned out to be false i recomend staying at walmart before this place!!!

It was a good campground. Nice staff and clean facilities. The pool was freezing. Would have been nice if it was heated. The pond was very small, not much to do there. We ordered a barbaque rib dinner there, and it was great. Mini golf was very old and outdated.

Please do you & your family a favor & choose another campground. The owners of this campground live onsite, grandparents (owners) there Son & his wife & there adult children. The guests are an annoyance to them as this is there home. If you have any issues that arise you will quickly see there true colors. Also they are racist & have no problem openly expressing there racism. If you want to be treated like children then this would be the campground for you. They patrol the campground constantly jumping on anyone who they feel is not totally compliant with there lengthy list of rules. They do a good job promoting there campground online as kid friendly with lots of activities. Trust me these people know what attracts family's but these owners are selfish people who only care about themselves & there bottom line & could care less about there paying customers once they have your money. My wife & I and our 2 children attempted a seasonal stay with them because they were one of the closest campgrounds that far north along the coast near where we dock our boat. We left over a month early & obviously will never return. Melissa at the front desk, (wife of the owners Son) comes across nice until your paid & checked in. Again there great if your buying something in the store or inquiring about staying with them but if anything arises your own your own. We have been travel trailer campers for years & have never experienced a place like this ( terrible experience)!

This campground is very nice I know  because I camping here for 16 yrs.  I didn't have no problem.  It's very clean campground and the owner very nice and it's fun place to be and safe.
