We ended up buying the camper we were looking for with a wild ride getting it. The staff is friendly, but WOW things get done like molasses. Be prepared to spend a lot of time there. If I were a sales person...I would have an answer for every question asked about a product. Study that product. Know more then the customer about that product. Not have to go ask someone else with every question...and take 20 minutes doing it each time. 
The Store is clean and they have a great waiting area with snacks. The cell service is terrible in the facility. At least with AT&T. 
The mechanics shop was busy and the service personnel took their time explaining how everything worked on the camper. 
Will update post when we actually have to go in for service.

DO NOT COME HERE! They do not deserve your business. I come in for a standard oil change and tire rotation and I leave with out my RV and 12 thousand dollars worth of side wall damage. 
THEIR mechanic over filled my tire, and some how the tire is at fault. They keep hanging up on me and won't help me solve the issue in a professional manner. I REPEAT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAMPING WORLD.!  THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE ROYALTY AND AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TOSS YOU OUT AND TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH. fix your issues camping world.

Ray Hutchinson is the best sales person I have ever worked with. As a first time RV buyer I had no clue where to begin. From the minute I got to Camping World I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and my budget was below $10k. The demo was not rushed at all, and the paperwork process was completely flawless. I'm going to be living in my RV, and once I made that clear Ray did an excellent job of making sure I had thought of everything from every angle so that I wasn't getting myself into a bad situation. I'm extremely grateful for that.

I've had nothing but bad luck with this place. I bought a brand new camper it is been in the shop for 5 months fixing 20 different things on it. Steve the manager that sold me the camper won't even look me in the face. Or even say hi when I walk in there trying to figure out where my camper is going to be done. Now it is March and camping season is right around the corner I'm afraid that my camper is not going to be ready. I went there and talked to them and they don't even have half of the things that they were supposed to fix done yet. If it all possible I would go buy any camper from anybody else besides this place.

I wanted to buy a toy hauler at the RV show, i filled out a credit app, I’ve called these guy 7 or 8 times to discuss the camper and terms, left messages. No response at all. I finally got a hold of someone, he told me that he would look at the file and call me back in 15 minutes. That was last Wednesday. Still waiting. Customer service is definitely not at the top of their list. If this is the type of service you get before the sale, I’d hate to see what it’s like after the sale.
