We lived here for a year and a half and it was a good experience. I would recommend living here. The apartments are new and clean. everything was included in the rent except for electricity which was nice. There is enough parking. We rarely used the laundry facilities on site, but there weren't very many for the size of the complex. We would recommend touring then before hand because they aren't very big, but the size was fine for the two of us and it is a good value for the price. They are very particular about checkout, so make sure you plan ahead and spend the time doing everything on the list they give you. We got most of our deposit back.

First off, let me say this - this complex deserves a negative amount of stars if that were even possible in the rating process. They have made living here a nightmare from hell not only for me but for various friends who have lived here. We just wish we would have heard from others before we decided to live here - which is why I am here warning others to STAY AWAY from this place. You have something broken? Forget it - it'll be broken until you leave so they can take all of your security deposit. You want privacy? What a joke we could here our next door neighbors getting their freak on through their paper thin walls. You want a clean apartment furnished apartment? Then you're looking in the wrong place - It would be better if I was sleeping on the floor of a 7/11 bathroom. You have any questions or concerns about your living circumstance? Don't even bother bringing it up to management because your concerns will disappear along with the managements common sense, human decency, and all reason. I mean if you're into signing away your soul to live a poisonous, cheaply made, overpriced-hell hole then this is totally your kind of thing. God speed.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! My experience with this apartment complex was absolutely dreadful. I usually do not leave reviews, but I had to make sure that other people would know what this place has put my small family through. This place attracts a lot of attention because of the cheap price and misleading pictures on the website. These apartments are truly not that nice. They are not even worth $500 in my opinion. 1. Upon moving in, our apartment smelled like cat urine super bad, and there were stains on the kitchen floor and in the bathroom as well. When we called the apartment manager "Jared", he said that all apartments are "professionally cleaned" before move in and did not help us even though our particular apartment had not been cleaned! 2. I thoroughly believe there are issues with the structure of this complex. We would notice bugs weekly in our apartment and we always called management to help us out and they would never answer the phone or respond to any of our emails. 3. Thinnest walls in the entire world. On many occasions we could hear our neighbors T.V., and could hear the neighbors above us walking around, and other private things you would never want to hear... 4.SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!Upon moving out my wife and I spent a day and half cleaning our apartment from top to bottom. We didn't hang up any pictures on the walls so those were fine. Our apartment was spotless and well maintained. It looked and smelled SO MUCH BETTER than it did when we moved in. Despite all of this, our ENTIRE security deposit was kept because of the "needed professional cleaning" for preparation for the next move in. Seriously???? After talking to "Jared" the "Manager", he told us there was nothing he could do because it's policy and he's just doing his "job". I would rather live on the frozen streets of rexburg during winter semester than live in this place ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE..

At first sight this apartment complex looks like a normal and fine place to live. It's so cheap that they will charge you for ANYTHING they can find out of order, even though when you move in there is already poopy carpet and skid marks on the doors. We watched a friends dog and were immediately evicted as we were "tattled on" and received no explanation other than needing to leave in 24 hours. If you want to live somewhere where you are under 24-hour surveillance live here.

ORIGINAL POST: Clean, safe apartments to live in. There is plenty of parking, the grounds are immaculate, and the maintenance man is the best to work with–He is always quick to respond, happy, respectful of your space, clean, and honest. However, other people need to be aware of the predator nature of Jared, the apartment manager/owner. He's a conniving thief and will do anything to charge you money at the end of each semester or upon move-out. When I questioned him about an OUTRAGEOUS maintenance fee (we are talking $1200 for a few pin-hole sized nail holes in the wall), he came over to our apartment at 9:30pm when my husband wasn't home, came inside and shut the door, bullied me, and told me he "has a Temple recommend", therefore what he is doing to students is fine. He is preying upon renters for additional income for normal wear and tear. I know this has happened to several people- both strangers and friends. I'd hate to see it happen to you or anyone looking to sign a contract from them. Please be safe in your interactions with him! Always use email as a way of communication to protect yourself from potential hearsay UPDATE: A member of management has been in contact with my husband and I. We've come to an agreement that Campus Married Apartments and their affiliations will implement a standard operating procedure i.e – having a neutral meeting zone, communicating via email, having a third party present at all apartment visits, and photographic proof of damage made with all claims.
