Great park for just about anything. Porter is popular so there is always a lot of people here but there is more than enough space and shade for everyone. Basketball court, tennis courts, giant open field, water play area for kids with indoor carousel (Seasonal), and plenty of hammock trees!

This is one of my favorite parks to frequent. During the summertime, they have a Splash Park and Carousel which our kids love. There are playgrounds, swing sets, pavilions, grills, and shaded as well as open grassy areas. Generally, the park is very clean and is well maintained.

Its a nice park for running or taking a little stroll. This park has a nice little play ground and a larger open field for kite flying, picnics, or playing soccer. There are also basketball and tennis courts. There is a long pavilion for parties or for keeping out of the rain. Overall its a nice park!!

Porter Park is the park to go to in Rexburg. They have it all. There are two sets of playgroup equipment, one geared towards older kids, the other geared towards younger, but they are both right in the same area so you can keep an eye on all your kids in one place. It is nice equipment, I have never noticed any safety concerns. There is an area with lots of shade and picnic tables for relaxing, and then a big, open, grassy area for playing sports. They have a splash pad and carousel that operate during the summer months that are so much fun! The splash pad is free and the carousel is very reasonably priced for a ride. To finish it off it has a nice asphalt walking trail around the entire boarder, perfect for a jog or walking your dog.

Nice place to go, big field with lots of benches. You'll often see a lot of people hanging out with hammocks and enjoying the outside.
