After trying 3 times to get his attention I asked some kid with a bun why their entire speaker isle was packed full of 2.1 systems without even one 5.1 sytem in sight - "well... then you'd have cords on your floor... and like... you'd need a table or something to put the back ones on.. so we don't sell those." Dumbest thing I've ever heard. An entire home theatre section with no theatre soundsystems; as if the made up excuses weren't bad enough.

I was making my first gaming PC, and after leaving another location less than impressed I came here and got excellent service. The person working really helped and didn't talk down to my despite having to explain multiple things to me. Walked out with a big purchase and built my first gaming PC - keep in the good work

The staff at this Canada Computers are unhelpful and their return policy is inflexible and unreasonable. When there are so many great online options for computer parts and accessories, why settle brick and mortar stores that provide no value add? I will not go back here.

Recently purchased a gaming rig from this place. Manager was super helpful, as I could tell he was scrambling to find me a box to carry out the machine in. He did everything he could to make sure it would get home safe, and shook my hand as he helped me carry it out side of the store. Manager 10/10. 2 star review as the machine he sold me did not have a genuine copy of Windows 10!!!! Will not return on this bases alone. I solved the issue my self (with another hit to my wallet). The manager was fantastic but the lack of a genuine copy of Windows is down right sketchy...

Had to edit my review, I am shopping for a new computer and out of curiosity - because CC didn't have the latest Intel CPU in stock - I went to newegg.ca and.. was blown out of the water with their selection. Prices are more or less the same but in terms of range of the components, especially novelties newegg is my new shop. Do yourself a favor and have a look at other stores if you need the newest components. Canada computer has many items listed with a zero stock. Sorry CC it was great while it lasted.
