They have always been super helpful and very knowledgeable. Usually when I go to a computer retailer the reps talk out of their arse but at this location they know what their doing.

We're lucky to have a store like this in our area.  With all the retail outlets transitioning to Internet sales, it's nice to have a large store like this to actually see the items before buying them.  They have a wide range of items; from gaming mouses and chairs to unlocked cellphones and cases.  The staff is very accomdating and there are a large amount of them that have expertise in many different fields.

Terrible service. Terrible customer service. Spent way too much time in the store waiting for help, waiting for them to put the computer together, to get hit with an outrageous bill. Spent hundreds of dollars to go home and the computer didn't even work. Wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.

Walked in, front desk asked if I needed anything specific. I was picking it up for a friend and he named exactly where to find it and I was in and out. Staff have been helpful and knowledgeable in the past as well

Terrible experience.  My son used all his Christmas money to buy an $800 graphics card only to get it home & it be broken.  They would not accept returns on 12/26 or 12/27 so we went back 12/28.  They claimed to have never seen such a thing which meant my son had broken it.  This is a chinese made flimsy piece of plastic.  Their policy is 14 day return and they would not even exchange it for another.  My son over the years has spent tens of thousands of $ in this store & 1 other location...but never again.  Steer clear.
