A very positive experience. I purchased an air conditioning unit at the end of spring, hoping for a warm summer. The unit ran fine until it unexpectedly began to develop a leak. Can you believe it was just outside of the warranty period? Should have bought that extended warranty!
Well not holding out a lot of hope I called and then drove the unit to the store. Hoping the more than an hour drive would be worth my while I met the store Manager. He listened, understood my ask, asked for some time to sort out with their office.
He returned and with a smile said he had a solution. I would like what he would offer. He seemed to be as pleased with the outcome as I was.
Can you believe a complete return and exchange?
Exceeded my expectations.
I'm sitting cool only a few hours later.

They are selling faulty phones and equipment! Dont ever buy any phones there! They can't replace it! Their warranty is useless! This place is a scam! Never ever go there unless you want cheap candy!! BUT MAKE IT SURE YOU CHECK IF ITS EXPIRED!!!

I bought a Philips 50" smart TV from there several years ago, it's still running 100% perfect. The staff were very friendly and when I found a coupon a few days later for $50 off the same TV, they gave me store credit for the difference. Would definitely recommend.

Sell broken phones to people , and won't do anything about their products . horrible business ripping people off with refurbished stuff go on kijiji better chance with used than factory directs disposable fake products! Enjoyed factory directs ethnic for business! Never stepping foot in that scam of a store.

Waited three weeks for a product to ship that today I was told sorry we are bringing back from a store. This chain is pathetic and should be ashamed. Nothing but problems and lies.
