Pretty happy with this place. Anything computer related you can buy or order here. Staff are pretty friendly and the prices are pretty decent! No complaints.

Great advice given and purchase proved to be better than expected. My new router kicks butt! Thanks for the knowledgeable assistance in figuring out exactly what my hardware needs were.

In my line of work I go through headphones like it's almost a hobby of mine and I've been here countless times to buy new sets and every time I'm in there it's like pulling teeth to find someone to help me. I don't have a long lunch break and with a tight schedule I just want to be in and out. Today was the last straw, I was standing for almost 15 minutes after asking for help and I left empty handed, I promise I will never return.

I have ordered a tv.  The deal on a 65 inch LG tv was good but then I received the following email:  
Your online order [#1139426, 27 Jan 2018] (for in-store pickup) has been recorded. Your order is stock however it is the demo unit, and according to our records the other units at other locations are also open box units. Are you okay with the demo? Let us know so we can prepare the unit before your arrival, Thank you. 

Well, I am not OK with that as you can see in this post.  This is a bait and switch and it is illegal.

The location is just fine, staff are decently friendly at times...  The problem. As a whole is the company. Return policy's from the Dark ages. Price matching that has a "ONLY IF WE HAVE TO" and "DESPISE DOING IT" sort of vibe. (Not complaining about pricing as a whole, they usually have  the best price) I will avoid buying anything from them as I have a massive fear they won't stand behind a product. Hefty restocking fee's, and it feels as if every product has its own custom return policy. I am not asking them to have a Walmart sort of policy on this kind of stuff but something more friendly would be nice.
