The sales guy answered all my questions and facilitated my wish to see and try the remote control for the TV. As a result I'm a happy owner of a new TV. Very pleased with the boxing day deal I got and with my in store experience.
All the little issues were resolved on the spot by the cashier. It's nice not to be pressured by the sale guys and to feel rushed etc.

It was fantastic!  The staff were polite, efficient and answered all my question in "language" I could understand!! I even told my friends how great my experience. Plus, you had in stock all your sales items.  Thank you.

Placed an order online to pick up at my local store, only to find that they don't do in-store pick-ups. Your order is shipped from this location to your local store, even if the item is in stock. A rather inconvenient way of doing business, made even more inconvenient if they can't find the item in the shambles of a retail outlet. 

As if the backward way of ordering online weren't bad enough, I discovered days later (before the item was even shipped to the store) that these fraudsters charged my credit card TWICE. This was resolved by calling the phone number that appears on the charge on my card, but was clearly their error. Save yourself the aggravation, shop elsewhere.

The most inconsistent store out of any factorydirect, having been forced to visit here or Newmarket store since Richmond Hill closed, I highly suggest going to the Newmarket store. The only benefit for this store are the friendly customer service reps, manager is truly lazy and the good managers are moved out of here QUICK
