The Newegg Canada Hybrid Centre is a unique location for this fully ecommerce retailer to build. While you can't technically buy anything at this bricks-and-mortar location, Newegg.ca does offer same or next business day pick-up for online orders. They can do this because the have a large warehouse attached to this location which fulfills online orders to all of Toronto and Eastern Canada. I think this is an excellent service for customers in the GTA and essentially enables warehouse pick-up orders with no shipping costs on both sides of the transaction. The staff member I met to pick-up my order from was courteous and knowledgeable. They have some of their top selling and latest computer components from leading edge manufacturers out on display for you to inspect first-hand. Overall, will definitely be shopping with Newegg and their Hybrid Centre since I work in the area. Their selection is top-notch in Canada and highly recommend shopping online at Newegg.ca and picking up here. I still recommend you compare prices with Canada Computers, Amazon.ca and Memory Express so you know you're getting a good price.

Make sure the item you buy is shipped and sold by new egg. They have third party vendors on their site that you have to worry about. Besides that I've never had a problem and shipping is super fast.

Not quite sure why the reviews of this place are so bad. Both times that I've used Newegg I've had no problems. My first order was shipped to my house. The second time I picked up from a store and I was pleased with the service both times...

It is been now over a month that I am asking for a refund on a product for wich the price has dropped. Two persons finally answered in part last week, asking for information I already gave and those two never came back. I think they are trying to discourage me to go through the whole process of getting the refund I am entitled to. Not happy at all! Important update! I had to insist but thanks to Jon from @NeweggService on Twitter, I finally got my refund and I therefore changing my notation. Way to go, my friend!

Our printer at the office stopped working as it needed a new ink waste container. I ordered it Wed afternoon and we got the shipment 24 h later. We are so happy with the fast shipping even though I only paid for ground shipping! Great service!
