Always have a great experience at this location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make product selection quick and easy. Store is well organized and clean. Manager Chad went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied not only with the store but my purchase also. Thanks Chad and team.

I was trying to call and pressed5 for housewear it took awhile for anyone to answer. Transfered me to customer service no one ever picked up. Called and once again. 10 min go by and nothing. Its Christmas season come on people! Last year this time one cashier only. Merry Christmas. Karol

EDIT: This review below is meant to be for the Sunrise Plaza Canadian Tire branch. Disregard it for the Ira Needles branch. The rating is adjusted for Ira Needles branch.

Avoid the automotive service here at all costs; most of the staff are irresponsible, rude, and will not finish servicing your vehicle until you call them nonstop only to be put on hold for half the day just to be told "they are busy servicing other vehicles right now and don't have time to finish fixing your vehicle" and then finally complain to upper management because that's ridiculous (especially when your car is in their shop for at least a week and they initially claimed it would be ready for pickup within 2 days since checking it in!). 

If you end up having no choice but to get automotive service done here, make sure to contact them constantly for follow ups and status updates. Immediately ask to directly speak to the manager to complain the next time you call, if they put you on hold indefinitely or if they tell you that they'll "call you back" because their manager is "not here at the moment" 4/5 times they never follow up on their end and the managers are most likely in during regular work hours. Once you get a hold of management, it should be slightly easier to get a status update.

I wanted to get 2 tires repaired. The sales person, Bruce was not only rude, he practically insisted that I buy 2 new tires instead of repairing both leaks.  One tire leak could be repairwd but he stated that the second one couldn't be repaired. The new tires would cost $500. I Went to Tire Team on University and got the second tire repaired immediately got $35.  Canadian Tire, Bruce was extremely rude and only interested in talking me into something that I don't  need. Not impressed.

The parts department at this place is a disgrace. I was there this morning and the gentleman behind the counter told me he had the rims I needed but I had to come back to get them two days after because he was alone in the parts area and he couldn't leave the counter for 25min to go get the rims. I blame the store manager and owner. They are the ones responsible for scheduling and staffing. I doubt I'll ever go back to this store and if you know what's good for you, stay away.
