Not bad, people are really nice and the managers on the floor really know their stuff. The guy I spoke with taught me so much about the tools I wanted to buy for my husband's Christmas was amazing. The bathroom are clean and the place is well lit up. Automotive is really busy and hard to ask questions or make appointments with but that's the only negative.

Computer said 3 in stock of item we were looking for.  Waited 10 minutes for salesperson to come back any can't find it. Computer says you have 3. He says well I know but if I can't find it then we don't have it. No apology or anything. Just a lazy attitude. This has happened here before. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I booked a service appointment with them on Dec. 25. When I book this appointment, I confirmed with the representative 3 times to make sure they are open on that day (I was actually amazed by they are actually open on Dec. 25). However, I called them again on Dec.19 to change the appointment time. The lady who pick up the phone was so rude and saying: "In CANADA we have Christmas, all the business are closed in CANADA on Christmas".  In the past 2 year, almost all my services are done in this location, but not anymore. Thanks for your attitude.

The service was good in overall for the tires changing, only issue was that i ask the lady for an estimated waiting time and she told me 1 hour, thus i waited there, but unfortunately i waited for 3HOURS

We always go to the CT in waterloo & always receive great customer service!! The associates know their product and will help you or find someone who makes sure you get what you came for.  Recently my husband & I went in for driveway sealer. We had never done it, had no clue about brands or how  to do it. Chad ended up helping us & went above & beyond! He was so energetic, really knowledgeable and so helpful. He walked us to each isle to get the prepping solution, brushes and sealer. He told us exactly what to do to get the best outcome. He even called a manager to get us the previous weeks sale price so we didn't have to pay full price!! He wheeled our cart to cash & out to our car. Our driveway turned out fantastic! Thanks Chad=)
