I went to this store and received the worst customer service experience . I couldn’t find an employee on the floor to help me. Cashier call someone on the intercom and no one show up still. No wonder the parking lot is empty.

Received impeccable service by the automotive shop manager!  Very professional.  Knows how to listen to customers' needs and is very helpful.   I will be returning to this location from now on.

Saturday April 28 at 3:30 pm. After waiting 5 mns someone finally showed up behind the counter to help the guy in front of me. When my turn arrived, I asked the attending lady of the cars service department knowing that it's a no appointment, but first in first out service on 24h 365 days a week store opening hours: do you have time to perform safety on my 2016 RVR. No, I don't have time today. There will be no availability until Tuesday.
So in other words, preference is given to a certain type of service over others considering the guy ahead of me wanted 4 brand new all season tire installed and got serviced right away. I haven't seen any worst place than Canadian tires. I use to come over quite often for spontaneous services and it was always taken care of right away. I am now waiting for my appointment at the dealership on May 3rd where I will receive superiors and specialized service.

I didn't even work here a month and got bullied and harassed by some employees (contrary to the anti harassment signs everywhere) or people would generally smirk and look me up and down (because apparently working barely above minimum wage at a hardware store for 27 years makes you superior) to the new 19 year old university student who just started who values being civil and actually nice to people.

Also got in trouble for actually helping customers and was told the store is "self serve"... so people can't even ask me questions?

The condescending nature of this store is really unnecessary. I felt bad every shift I worked and dreaded going.
