Service scheduling and customer service is terrible. My wife arrived at 7:20 AM one morning to have new tires that were purchased the prior week installed. Service Rep said it would take until noon so she declined and said we'd come back another day. Service Rep said to come at 7:00 AM for store opening and they could get done quickly. I went in today prior to 7:00 AM and was 3rd in line waiting for opening. Service Rep asked when I would like it done and I said my hope was to go for breakfast and coffee across the street and come back and pick it up. He said, oh no, it wouldn't be ready until noon. I hummed and hawed and asked him if there was any way of getting it done earlier. He made a show of counting the number of service orders before me (10) and said it wasn't possible. So I conceded and told him to go ahead figuring I would have to make the trek home and come back and have the whole morning without the car - was hoping to some other things but... I did go for a relaxed breakfast across the street and at 9:00 before trekking the mile and a half home thought I would just do a check to see if by some off-chance they had been able to do the work. Sure enough my car was in the lot with new tires on it. When I went in to pick it up, I mentioned my concern about the poor time estimate to the Service Rep (same guy); his response was that they had provided great service by getting the job done well before they had suggested. Apparently, completely unclear on what the concept of good customer service is. The store itself is great! But based on this and other past issues (I rarely use their auto service but I thought how difficult can service to install tires be?!), I will never use CT auto service again.

I love Canadian tire. I would give the store 5 stars. I buy a lot of gear here. The reason I rank them low is because they forgot to put the bolts on my tire after changing the winters. No compensation given. Just an oops.

Newly re floor -planned and mush more open concept giving impression that store has been enlarged. Big store to start with and have always had good experience at this location. Recommended .

It's Canadian Tire! The best store ever! I go in for nails and come out with a family of garden gnomes! Love it.

Excellent new renovations have really improved the store. Canadian Tire is a bit guilty of being too far head of each season. They'll often have an abundance of items in stock that you can't possibly need for about 3 months. I.e. Halloween merch in August. The problem arises when you need something like a snow shovel in March and they are now completely out of stock but had hundreds of them in stock the previous September. The checkout lines can also be extremely busy an also become extremely busy.
