Well organized and well-stocked store. The clothing is both fashionable and up-to-date. The one downside of this store is going to be customer service. There is the lack of staff for such a large store or they are just hard to find when you really need them.

If I could give a 0, I would. I've been into this location many times in recent weeks and not 1 time have I been asked if I needed help. I make eye contact with more than one employee and their instant reaction is to make eye contact and then look busy. I am dressed most times in a dress shirt and pants so I don't look like bum when I walk in that won't spend a dime. Terrible customer service and I will NEVER give this place a dime from this point on. This location makes you feel like you're walking through a ghost town.

If I could give "0" I would! They have lost my refund of 767$ for a product I never received and continue to push back the delivery date of my furniture! Consistently screwing up my billing plan! Will be the very LAST time I ever buy anything from the bay!

I had very pleasure experience with very nice sales lady Magui M, Jimenez at place d'Orleans Hudson' Bay. I was looking for perfume and she explained it to me very nicely. highly recommend her to any one as no experience what is best to buy ask her!!!!!! Thanks
