After looking several places for a specific sectional (which was sold out or discontinued in most stores), we found it at Canales Furniture. They only had one left in stock and immediately held it for us. They even allowed us to price match with another local furniture company who had just sold their last one in stock.  So we got our sectional at the lowest price in the area but with the highest level of customer service. Samantha G. and the management team are amazing. Thanks so much for everything!  We will be seeing you soon for other items as we get settled into our new place.

I had a very bad experience with Canales in Irving! I got financed by Crest Financial.  I spent hours in that store with sales associate Perla a few days before...
going over items I chose and prices with her and was to return a few days later to sign my papers. I was so happy when I left there thinking I was going to have furniture for my kids bedrooms but when I returned everything changed which turned out to obviously be a waste of my time! I was told by sales associate Perla at Canales that my biweekly payment would be $110 but when I got there to sign my papers she said she made a mistake and that my payment would be $162...they would not honor what she told me and I was furious! I left there without my kids furniture! I will never go there again!
